Tiger Woods has officially accepted the invitation to participate in the 37th Memorial Tournament.

Ohio State graduate and 18-time major champion Jack Nicklaus started the tournament that takes place annually in Dublin, Ohio.

Woods will try to win the tournament for the fifth time in his career at the Muirfield Village Golf Club.

He previously won the event in 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2009. He didn’t participate in last year’s event because of injuries to his Achilles and knee.

Bubba Watson, Hunter Mahan, Jason Day and others are also committed to play in the tournament which will take place May 31-June 3.

Steve Stricker won the 2011 event with a four-day score of 272.
