Ohio State students reported six instances of bicycle theft between Saturday and Tuesday. Three of the reports occurred at university residence halls: Bradley, Canfield and Park-Stradley halls. Of the remaining reports, one occurred at Cunz Hall and two at the Biomedical Research Tower.
Nineteen open container citations were issued to of-age non-affiliates prior to the Ohio State-Nebraska football game Saturday between 12:30 p.m. and 5:35 p.m.
Between Saturday and Thursday, five accounts of drug paraphernalia and two accounts of drug possession were reported on OSU’s campus. Of the seven reports, one citation was issued. A 26-year-old male non-affiliate was cited for drug paraphernalia at Rhodes Hall.
A Silver Alert was issued by OSU Police after a male non-affiliate was reported missing on Monday at 9:49 p.m. The 62-year-old, who suffers from Alzheimer’s, was brought to the Ross Heart Hospital by ambulance and did not return home after being discharged by the hospital. He was later found at Oak and Sixth streets the following morning on after 9:20 a.m.
