Ohio State Police Division responded to an assault reported by a male student at 4:04 p.m. Tuesday. The victim said he, his cousin and his cousin’s girlfriend were walking down 11th Avenue near College Road Sunday when four “college-aged” males began harassing the three students, according to the police report. The victim said that when he took his hands out of his pockets, one of the aggressors said “You want to dance? Let’s go” and promptly struck the victim in the face. Next, the victim’s cousin began fighting one of the other males and two others began hitting the victim after tackling him. No suspects have been named.
A female student reported a rape at 1:04 a.m. Saturday in Neil Building located at 1578 Neil Ave. The actual incident occurred Oct. 20. An investigation is currently pending. 
A male non-affiliate was reported missing from OSU Hospital East, which is located at 1492 E. Broad St., by a female non-affiliate Wednesday. The missing person was described as a 74-year-old black male weighing 210 pounds and standing at 6-foot-1. He was found the same evening.
A male non-affiliate was arrested for arrest for theft at Rhodes Hall Wednesday.
