The seasons change so subtly,
As leaves subside to winter’s grief.
The rebirth of life in spring’s embrace,
Invigorates this hallowed space.
Books weigh down our changing steps,
We move beyond the college depth.
These years will not be spent alone,
We walk with friends on youthful stones.
As we grow with what we’ve learned,
The words from past and present burn
A message that the heart has heard.
From snow to stone, our dearest friends,
Tis’ not for college days alone.
