There were 18 thefts reported on Ohio State’s campus between Feb. 7 and Thursday.
The number is roughly a 30 percent decrease from the 26 thefts that occurred over the same week last year.
A female student reported the theft of her MacBook Pro and dark green Jansport backpack from Park-Stradley Hall on Monday evening.
Also on Monday, a female student reported her wallet stolen from the 18th Avenue Library at about 3:30 p.m.
A male staff member reported theft from auto at Blankenship Hall, home of the OSU Police, on Friday afternoon.
There were eight incidents of disorderly conduct reported on campus this week.
A male non-affiliate was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia at Fisher Hall Friday at about 4 a.m.
Ten traffic crashes occurred this week, two that resulted in injury. The first was Friday morning near Cannon Drive and Medical Center Drive. The second was Sunday evening near 12th Avenue and Cannon Drive.
