Ohio State’s main campus will not have classes Tuesday.

OSU’s Emergency Management sent an alert Monday at 4:45 p.m. announcing that classes were canceled for Tuesday, though “normal university operations (will) continue” and faculty/staff are expected to report to work as usual unless otherwise directed by their supervisor.

As of Monday at 4:50 p.m., the only other OSU campus that will be closed Tuesday is Newark. The Wooster, Mansfield, Lima and Marion campuses are set to be open, according to the OSU Emergency Management website.

The high is expected to be 9 degrees Tuesday with a low of 1 degree in Columbus, according to the Weather Channel.

In Newark, temperatures are set to hit a high of 9 degrees and a low of minus 1 Tuesday, according to the Weather Channel.

This is the third day OSU’s main campus has canceled classes so far Spring Semester.
