OSU Men’s basketball nabs a win against Penn State Wednesday night with senior forward Sam Thompson (12) leading the team. That’s not the only win for Ohio State Athletics this week; the athletic department is in the process of offering cost-of-attendance scholarships to student athletes in order to cover miscellaneous costs of attending college.
