Chris Brown and Trey Songz promised a great show and that is exactly what they put on at Nationwide Arena on Saturday. The arena was filled to capacity with thousands of women hoping to get their special Valentine’s Day ballads sung to them by their favorite artists.

Rapper Tyga came out first to fire up the crowd by running out into the audience with his security having a strict watch on him in case someone tried something. He performed songs such as “Faded” and “Rack City” from his album “Careless World: Rise of the Last King.” When Tyga left the stage, ladies were again stuck waiting in anticipation for the headliners to start.

The audience was left with a countdown until the actual show started. As the seconds started to wind down, the crowd was up out of its seats screaming eagerly as a video of Songz’s and Brown’s material played on the big screens.

The arena went dark and Songz came up from the floor in a mist of smoke opening up with his hit song “Foreign.” Eight dancers pranced seductively around the stage and around Songz as he performed older and newer songs, including “I Invented Sex,” “Yes, No, Maybe” and “Cake.”

As Songz left the stage, the screams got louder as Brown came out in a special red Valentine’s Day jumpsuit, shades and a baseball cap.

“Happy Valentine’s Day, ladies,” Brown said to the audience, which went wild with women jumping up and down trying to grab for him on stage. There was never a dull moment in the show. I could barely take my eyes away from the stage without missing something. Brown had his incredible dance moves on full display, and the short clips that played behind him brought the show to life.

Brown  took it back by performing some of his very first hits “Poppin’,” “Run It!” and “Wall to Wall.” The show continued and Chris brought Songz back on the stage where they set up two plush red chairs on opposite sides and went back and forth singing their respective love and sex songs to the women.

Brown even warned the men in the house that he would be taking their women home that night if they weren’t acting right. Brown was very grateful, however, and thanked the crowd for spending their money to come and see them perform.
