For the first time in program history, the Ohio State football team is scheduled to play four regular season night games.

According to an OSU press release, the Buckeyes’ game against Cincinnati Sept. 27 at Ohio Stadium is set to kick off at 6 p.m. The game will be televised on the Big Ten Network.

The game is slated to be the third night game played in Columbus during the 2014 season, as the Buckeyes will also host Virginia Tech Sept. 6 and Illinois Nov. 1. Those two games are scheduled to start at 8 p.m. The three scheduled night games in Columbus are also a program first.

OSU is officially 39-22 in night games — those kicking off after 5 p.m. local time. The Buckeyes are 10-3 at home in night games, 20-10 on the road and 9-9 in games at a neutral site, according to the release.
