An incident of criminal damaging was reported to the Columbus Police as having occurred on Aug. 13 at 2:39 p.m. at the Key Bank located on 1710 N. High St. According to the online police log, $1,500 of property was damaged. The suspect kicked and damaged the front door of the bank after being told there was a hold on her account and left right afterwards, the police log said.
A burglary was reported to the Columbus Police as having occurred on Aug. 13 at 5:36 p.m. at an E. 17th Avenue Residence near Iuka Avenue. According to the online police log, $4,800 of property was taken, including a TV, jewelry and a camera.
An incidence of burglary and criminal damaging was reported on Wednesday having occurred on Aug. 12 at a North High Street residence near West Patterson Avenue. According to the online police log, $4,505.20 was stolen or damaged, including a TV, consumer electronics and the door. The victim told the police his apartment was broken into with what the police believe to be a fire extinguisher.
An assault was reported to have occurred on Sunday at around 2 a.m. in the Wexner Medical Center Emergency Room by the Ohio State Police. The investigation is still pending.
