A theft from a motor vehicle was reported to the Columbus Division of Police as having occurred between 10:15 p.m. Nov. 5 and 9 a.m. Nov. 6 on East 12th Avenue near North Fourth Street. According to the online police log, unknown suspect(s) smashed the left rear touring window on the victim’s car and stole $1,550 of property, including the victim’s backpack, horse-riding equipment and earbuds.
An incident of criminal damaging and theft from a motor vehicle was reported to the Columbus Police as having occurred between 10 and 11:36 p.m. on Nov. 6 on Smith Place near North High Street. According to the online police log, a window had been smashed and $2,550 of property was stolen, including the victim’s backpack, laptop, cash, flash drives and the rear window.
An incident of criminal damaging was reported to University Police as having occurred between 6 p.m. Nov. 6 and 5:07 p.m. Wednesday at the SAFEAUTO Garage on 10th Avenue.
An incident of menacing by stalking was reported to University Police as having occurred between 4:10 and 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Smith Lab.
A burglary was reported to the Columbus Police as having occurred between 9 and 11:30 p.m. Friday at a Summit Street residence near East 17th Avenue. According to the online police log, an unknown person entered the residence through an unlocked front door and stole $3,350 of property, including laptops and a phone.
An incident of criminal damaging was reported to University Police as having occurred at 3:16 a.m. Friday at the SAFEAUTO Garage on 10th Avenue.
An incident of menacing was reported to University Police as having occurred between 11:45 and 11:52 p.m. Friday at the RPAC.
