Ohio State sophomore forward Kaleb Wesson has been suspended for a violation of Ohio State Athletics Department policy, head coach Chris Holtmann announced Friday. The release said Wesson will return to the Buckeyes this season.

Wesson is Ohio State’s leading scorer, averaging 14.6 points per game and averages 6.7 rebounds per game, the most on the team.

During his freshman season, Wesson was suspended for one game against Texas Southern on Nov. 16, 2017. Holtmann said it was for a failure to meet the expectation of the men’s basketball program.
