A felony assault was reported to Columbus Police as having occurred between 11:30 p.m. Oct. 6 and 12:30 a.m. Oct. 7 at Skully’s Music-Diner in the Short North. According to the online police log, the victim consumed several alcoholic beverages and began feeling nauseous and had blurred vision. The victim was helped by another person who brought her to Rosie O’Grady’s Nightclub on Morse Road, where the victim only consumed one drink, according to the narrative. The victim then stated she went to the person’s house, where she became unconscious and woke up at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital. The medical staff informed the victim she had an overdose of opiate, along with acute alcohol intoxication. The victim does not believe she was sexually or physically assaulted.

A felony theft was reported to Columbus Police as having occurred at 5 p.m. Oct. 8 on Hudson Avenue near Indianola Avenue. According to the online police log, the victim’s AR-15 weapon was taken.

A motor vehicle theft was reported to Columbus Police as having occurred between 8 and 8:55 p.m. Oct. 8 on Chittenden Avenue near Indianola Avenue. According to the online police log, the victim’s car was stolen from behind her house. The victim stated that the key to her car was in her purse underneath the driver’s seat.

An assault was reported to University Police as having occurred at 10 p.m. Oct. 8 at Canfield Hall.

An assault was reported to University Police as having occurred at 1:35 p.m. Oct. 8 at Ohio State East Hospital in the Emergency Department.

A robbery was reported to Columbus Police as having occurred at 2:40 a.m. Saturday on North High Street near Maynard Avenue. According to the online police log, the victim witnessed a fight between a man and a woman and exited his car to break it up. Then four to six unknown male suspects confronted him, several with handguns, and chased him for several blocks. The victim returned to discover his car missing.

An assault was reported to University Police as having occurred between 10 and 11:35 a.m. Saturday on West 18th Avenue.

A burglary was reported to Columbus Police as having occurred between 11:30 p.m. Saturday and 9:15 a.m. Sunday on Indianola Avenue near Indiana Avenue. According to the police log, an unknown suspect gained entry through an unlocked back door and stole $1,100 of property, including a television, laptop and Wii gaming console.

An incident of possessing criminal tools and concealed carry weapons, a deadly weapon other than a handgun, was reported to University Police as having occurred at 6:40 a.m. Sunday at Neil Building residence hall.
