Ohio State, local businesses reflect on the impact of inflation on food prices

In 2022, food prices increased by 9.9 percent, and they are expected to increase by 7.9 percent in 2023, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture. 

“You go up and down High Street, any restaurant, any grocery store, Student Life Dining Service is no exception to that,” Dave Isaacs, university spokesperson, said. “We are all impacted by higher prices.”
