Ohio State forward Aaron Bradshaw, who has been away from the team since Nov. 22 for an unknown reason, has rejoined team activities, according to head coach Jake Diebler.
According to prior Lantern reporting, Bradshaw had not been participating in team activities for roughly the past two weeks while the university underwent “established process.” On his weekly 97.1 The Fan radio appearance Monday, Diebler confirmed Bradshaw’s return but said he still could not offer additional information.
“Aaron is back with our team after the university concluded its process,” Diebler said Monday on 97.1 The Fan. “Now, there’s going to be a return-to-play aspect that we’re going to have to start evaluating right away and there’s no firm timeline for what that looks like. But he will be back with our team. As far as anything regarding the process, we can’t comment further on the university’s process, but that’s the latest update.”
Despite no reason given for Bradshaw’s absence, the Columbus Dispatch reported Nov. 22 that the university was investigating a possible domestic incident at his off-campus apartment. The Lantern is currently working to independently verify the details of this report.
Ohio State will travel to Atlanta and take on Auburn Saturday at 1 p.m.
