Junior defensive end Chase Young won’t be suiting up for Ohio State against Rutgers Saturday, but he’s not the only one.

Fourteen Buckeyes were listed as unavailable for the matchup in Piscataway, New Jersey, per Ohio State’s weekly status report released Friday.

Ohio State’s other starting edge rusher opposite Young, senior Jonathon Cooper, will miss his seventh game of the season. Plagued by an ankle injury, Cooper has recorded just two tackles in the games he’s played in this year.

Senior wide receiver Austin Mack will be unavailable for the Buckeyes Saturday after being listed as a game-time decision for the previous two games. Mack has hauled in 15 receptions for 207 yards and two touchdowns this season, but last caught a pass against Northwestern Oct. 18.

Junior linebacker Baron Browning, who is tied for third on the team with six tackles for loss this season, also will be sidelined for the Buckeyes. It’s the second game in which Browning has been listed as unavailable, with Northwestern being the first.

Freshman running back Marcus Crowley is out for Ohio State after going down with an injury late in the Buckeyes 73-14 win against Maryland this past Saturday.

Kickoff between Ohio State and Rutgers begins at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Piscataway, New Jersey.
