This Buckeye News Update brings you up to date on Ohio State’s senior nights. The first was on Saturday, when the men’s ice hockey team looked to avenge their Friday loss to Minnesota. The team’s fourth game against the Gophers this season proved to be the first win against Minnesota, as the Buckeyes won by a score of 5-2.
The next night, the men’s basketball team hosted sixth-ranked Wisconsin and fell to the Badgers by a score of 72-48. The Buckeye basketball team will next tip off in Chicago as part of the 2015 Big Ten basketball tournament.
This episode also previews a story Lantern TV will be airing on one of Ohio State’s biggest fans, Jacob Jarvis. Jarvis was named an honorary football captain in 2014, and cheers on the Buckeyes as he fights Duchennes Muscular Dystrophy.
Lastly, we briefly recap the 2015 Arnold Sports Festival and also give you a look into the warmer temperatures ahead.
